Accessing Your Learning Tokens and/or Courses

 

If you've just purchased a learning token on our website, siriusdecisionslearning.com, you will receive access to one or more learning tokens (depending on how many you bought) when you receive a welcome email from clientservices@siriusdecisions.com. This welcome email will tell you how to set a password for the SiriusDecisions portal and will tell you who your account manager is. Make sure to follow its instructions carefully.

PLEASE NOTE: 

  • It could take up to 48 hours after you purchase on our site to receive this welcome email
  • The welcome email will be sent to the email address you used when you purchased the learning tokens
  • You do not access your learning tokens through the website siriusdecisionslearning.com - this site is exclusively for information and purchasing

If you are a current SiriusDecisions client who has learning tokens through a larger contract with us, you will also receive a welcome email from clientservices@siriusdecisions.com detailing how you can set a password for the SiriusDecisions portal. Your learning tokens can be transferred to others or can be used to enroll in any of our available courses.

Can't find your welcome email?

If you cannot locate your welcome email, fear not! Here's what you need to know from that email:

  • Your learning tokens can be found in the SiriusDecisions portal on the Learning tab
  • To log into the SiriusDecisions portal, visit siriusdecisions.com/login
  • Your username is your email address
  • If you already have a password for the portal, you can continue to use that
  • If you do not have a password for the SiriusDecisions portal, you can request one here

Using Learning Tokens

Learning tokens are just a digital currency that grants you enrollment into a SiriusDecisions Learning course of your choosing, any time you want, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

One learning token is equal to one course-enrollment for one year. The clock on the year duration starts ticking when you receive the learning token - i.e. the learning token and the course enrollment you use it on have the same end date. So, if a learning token is made accessible to you (or your organization) on Jan 1, 2016, and you do not use that token to enroll in a course until December 1, 2016, your access to that course will expire on December 31, 2016 even though you've only had a month in it!

Learning tokens can also be transferred to other people at your organization. All you need to know is their email address and the number of tokens you want them to have. Once you transfer a learning token successfully, the token receiver will get an email from clientservices@siriusdecisions.com letting them know how to log in and access their learning token. They can then use that learning token to enroll in a course or transfer it again.

What to Do When You Complete a SiriusDecisions Learning Course 

When you complete your course with a score of 90 or greater, you become SiriusDecisions certified in that b-to-b marketing area.The first thing you'll want to do is download your certificate from the learning tab of the SiriusDecisions portal. It will appear just below your course title. This certification is valid for one year from the date of certification.

Next, let your LinkedIn network know that you're certified by SiriusDecisions! To do so, edit your profile by selecting "add certifications." Be sure to specify the course title and select SiriusDecisions as the certification authority. You can find the date of expiration on your certificate to add here.
